Fabrication of Panels and MCCs

Every panel is built to order: starter panels with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and soft starters, complete motor control centers (MCCs), distribution panels and process control panels. Each one leaves our shop tested, with documented FAT, and arrives ready to be wired up on site.

Our fabrication process

Electrical and mechanical engineering

Single-line diagram design, mechanical enclosure layout, component selection and heat dissipation calculations.

Component selection

Breakers, contactors, VFDs, PLCs, terminal blocks, wire duct — all selected for the application, not off a generic catalog.

Shop fabrication

Mechanical assembly, power and control wiring to standard, cable marking and component labeling with full traceability.

Documented FAT testing

Point-to-point verification, insulation testing, start sequences and fault simulation. All recorded in a protocol.

05

On-site installation

Shipping, positioning and wiring of the power feeders and the field signals.

06

Commissioning

Final parameterization, SAT testing under real load, optimization and handover of as-built documentation.
