    Several suppliers, no coordination

    One supplier for the VFD, another for the PLC, another for the panels, and an integrator who puts them together. When something fails, nobody is responsible. Turnkey removes the finger-pointing.

    Projects quoted with engineering 'to be sorted out in the field'. The result: cost overruns, delays, badly sized equipment. Here the engineering is approved before any equipment is purchased.

Q01 What does a turnkey project include?
Everything your plant needs to run: detailed engineering (P&ID, single-line diagrams, control philosophy), equipment supply (drives, motors, instrumentation, valves), panel fabrication in our workshop, PLC and HMI programming, drive parameter setup, FAT testing, on-site electrical installation, commissioning under real load, as-built documentation and operator training in Spanish. One party responsible.
Q02 How long does a typical automation project take?
For a mid-sized project (for example a pumping station with 4-6 VFDs plus a PLC and a basic SCADA): 10-14 weeks end to end. Larger projects (a complete treatment plant, a process line): 16-24 weeks. The proposal includes a realistic Gantt chart with specific milestones — no invented dates to close the sale.
Q03 Which industries do you serve in Panama?
Water (potable, wastewater, municipal and industrial treatment plants), food and beverage (pasteurization, CIP/SIP, filling), mining (processing, tailings, pumping), energy (cogeneration, renewables), manufacturing (converting, packaging), commercial (HVAC for hospitality and retail) and chemicals (mixing, dosing, alcohol filtration). Q04 Do you work with Siemens PLCs? Can you handle Allen-Bradley or Schneider?
Our specialty is Siemens S7-1200 / S7-1500 with TIA Portal — it covers 90% of what we do. For projects with Allen-Bradley (Logix5000 / Studio 5000) or Schneider (EcoStruxure) we have trained engineers, but we quote based on team availability. Migrations from Allen-Bradley to Siemens S7-1500 are especially cost-effective.
Q05 Do you offer SCADA as well as the PLC?
Yes. Siemens WinCC for industrial SCADA systems, Siemens TIA Comfort Panel HMIs on the plant floor, or web-based solutions (Ignition, MQTT integrations with the cloud) depending on what the client prefers. Screen design centered on the operator — no decoration without value.
Q06 How do you make sure the project keeps working after handover?
Three levels. (1) A rigorous FAT before shipping — nothing leaves the workshop without passing the complete tests. (2) SAT on site under real load, with operator training. (3) Post-commissioning support: a 1-year warranty on labor, VPN remote access for troubleshooting, and the option of a DrivePro Services maintenance contract for the drives.
