Remote Monitoring and Predictive Analysis of Assets

We watch your industrial assets 24/7: variable frequency drives (VFDs), motors, tank levels, process variables, valves and the electrical network. We turn operating data into maintenance decisions. We do not wait for a failure.

The problem

Reactive maintenance costs 3 to 10 times more

Most industrial plants in Panama run without visibility into the real condition of their assets. The result: unplanned shutdowns, emergency repairs and equipment that fails early.

$$$

Unplanned downtime

Every hour of downtime in a critical process carries direct and indirect costs that escalate fast.

3–10x

Cost of reactive maintenance

Repairing after a failure always costs more: rush spare parts, overtime, collateral damage.

0%

No visibility without monitoring

Without data there is no prediction. The equipment fails and only then do you find out.

Our solution

Three layers of intelligence over your assets

Monitoring + prevention + prediction. Each layer adds value and reduces risk.

01

Continuous Remote Monitoring

We collect operating data from all your critical assets in real time: drives, motors, levels, temperatures, pressures, flows and power quality. A unified dashboard with automatic alerts.

  • Electrical variables: current, voltage, power, harmonics, power factor
  • Process variables: level, temperature, pressure, flow, pH
  • Automatic alerts by threshold, trend or anomalous event
  • UWT, Novus and Samson instrumentation + DrivePro RM (Danfoss) + DrivePulse (Beiton)
02

Preventive Analysis

We schedule maintenance based on real operating conditions, not on a fixed calendar. Running hours, start cycles, ambient temperature and the manufacturer's recommendations define when to intervene.

  • PM based on hours, cycles and ambient conditions
  • M1/M2/M3 intervals aligned with the Danfoss guide
  • Automatic intervention calendar in DrivePulse
  • Standardized checklist by equipment type and criticality
03

Predictive Analysis

We analyze degradation trends to anticipate failures before they happen. We cross process variables, electrical data and aging models to estimate remaining service life and prioritize actions.

  • Trends in THD, temperature, current, level, pressure and flow
  • Degradation detection in drives, sensors, valves and actuators
  • Remaining service life estimated per component and per unit
  • Cross-correlation of variables to identify root causes
How we create value

Data from the asset itself, not extra sensors

We combine intelligence embedded in the equipment (Danfoss CBM in the drives) with field instrumentation (UWT, Samson, Novus) and analytics on the platform. Fewer external sensors, more decisions.

Embedded intelligence

Danfoss drives with CBM (FC-102, FC-302, iC7, VACON NXP) analyze current, torque and vibration from within the drive itself. They detect bearing wear, cavitation and fatigue without installing external sensors.

Multi-source context

We cross drive data with tank level (UWT), process variables (Novus), valve position (Samson) and power quality. A failure is never looked at in isolation — always in context.

Action, not alarms

Every alert arrives with a technical recommendation, suggested spare parts and an estimated intervention window. Our engineers filter out the noise and escalate only what needs a maintenance decision.

Process

How we implement monitoring

From the initial assessment through continuous improvement. A process proven in real plants.

STEP 01

Site Assessment

We assess your plant: asset inventory, criticality, operating conditions and current condition.

STEP 02

Instrumentation

We set up the connectivity required: sensors, IoT gateways or integration with existing systems.

STEP 03

Active monitoring

Your assets start reporting data to DrivePulse. Dashboard available from day one.

STEP 04

Continuous analysis

Our engineers interpret trends, raise alerts and detect early degradation.

STEP 05

Proactive action

We schedule interventions before the failure. Spare parts ready, shutdown window planned.

STEP 06

Continuous improvement

Monthly reports with KPIs, recommendations and how your fleet's health is evolving.
