From selection to after-sales service
Selection and sizing
Technical calculation with each manufacturer's own software: VALVESTAR® (LESER), Samson sizing for control valves, UWT radar selection based on silo geometry and Novus configuration by application.
Supply with traceability
Direct import as an authorized representative. Certificates of origin, factory test reports and complete technical documentation from the first shipment.
Installation and commissioning
Mechanical installation, electrical and pneumatic hook-up, on-site configuration and loop checks. We coordinate with your process and control staff.
Calibration and verification
On-site calibration with standards traceable to NIST/PTB. Protocol signed by an engineer, with calibration points and the tolerances required by the standards.
Integration into the control system
HART, Modbus RTU/TCP, PROFINET or 4-20 mA configuration. PID loop tuning and response testing against the real process.
After-sales service
Genuine spare parts held in local stock, technical support in Spanish, remote troubleshooting and periodic calibration campaigns.
