Training topics
Danfoss variable frequency drives (VFDs)
Operation, parameterization, fault troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and communications for VLT and VACON drives.
PLC programming
Introductory or advanced level on Siemens (TIA Portal) and Allen-Bradley PLCs. Hands-on practice with real hardware.
Industrial instrumentation
Measurement principles, installation, calibration and troubleshooting of level, pressure, temperature and flow sensors.
Automation systems
An overview of how to integrate drives, PLCs, HMIs and instrumentation into a working control system.
Preventive maintenance
Inspection checklists, PM intervals, identifying premature wear and replacing critical components.
DrivePulse for operators
How to use the platform: registering equipment, reviewing history, interpreting alerts and generating reports.

At your facility
We travel to your plant with demo equipment. The training adapts to the equipment your staff operates every day. Minimum four participants.
At our technical center
A room equipped with drives, PLCs, simulators and diagnostic tools. Ideal for groups that need a controlled environment without plant distractions.
