Q01 What does a wastewater treatment plant automation project include?

Q03 Do you work with municipal plants or only industrial ones?
Both. Municipal plants (local government, IDAAN, rural water systems) and industrial ones (cold storage, food, beverage, breweries, mining, industrial parks). The underlying technology is similar; the difference is in flow rates, organic load and the applicable regulation. We comply with Panamanian effluent discharge rules.

For a mid-sized plant (2000-5000 m³/day, 6-10 motors): 14-20 weeks end to end, including engineering, procurement, panel fabrication, PLC programming, workshop FAT, electrical installation and commissioning. For large municipal plants with aerated lagoons and advanced biological treatment: 6-9 months.
Q06 Does the automation meet MINSA and MiAMBIENTE requirements?
Yes. We design to meet the effluent discharge rules (the DGNTI-COPANIT technical regulation) and the applicable environmental requirements. We generate automatic reports with auditable raw data (pH, flow, solids, BOD/COD) in a format compatible with the reports the regulators require (MINSA and the Ministry of the Environment). The SCADA includes tamper-evident logging.
