Process Design and Mechanical Engineering
We do not just automate: we design the whole process. From P&IDs to piping isometrics, and everything in between — hydraulic calculations, material selection, qualified welding (WPS/PQR) and mechanical erection supervision in the field. We tie the mechanical engineering to the electrical and control engineering so everything works as one system.
The scope of our engineering
Process P&IDs
A complete representation of the process with instrumentation, valves, equipment and connecting lines. The basis for everything designed afterward.
Piping design and isometrics
Pipe routing, isometrics for fabrication, supports and stress calculations. Materials chosen for the fluid and the service conditions.
Hydraulic calculations
Line sizing, head losses and pump selection against the system curve, NPSH and operating conditions.
Material selection
Carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, CPVC, HDPE — we select for chemical compatibility, temperature, pressure and the applicable code.
Qualified welding
Qualified procedures (WPS/PQR), certified welders, visual inspection and non-destructive testing when the project calls for it.
Erection supervision
On-site presence during mechanical erection. Verification of alignment, torque values, supports and hydrostatic testing.
As-built documentation
Final updated drawings and a quality dossier with material certificates, welding records and test protocols.
