Digital inventory with OCR

Photograph the nameplate of any drive and DrivePulse automatically extracts the type code, power, voltage and serial number. Nothing to type in.

Automatic decoding

The type code is decoded instantly: model, options, filters, IP rating, coating. You know exactly what you have installed.

Maintenance forecasting

Based on the installation date, operating hours and ambient conditions, DrivePulse tells you when the next PM is due.

End-of-life alerts

Capacitors, fans and other components have a finite life. DrivePulse warns you before they fail.

PDF and Excel reports

Generate fleet reports, the history of a single unit, upcoming maintenance or overall status — in one click.

Multi-user portal

DrivePulse is activated together with the service: the inventory is taken at your plant and from then on the portal is kept up to date with every visit.

For Beiton customers, access to DrivePulse is included at no cost.
Q02 How is the fleet loaded into the portal?
A technician registers every drive from its nameplate, with OCR support, and assigns its location and criticality. From there, the portal calculates the maintenance forecast.
Q03 What reports does it produce?
PDF and Excel reports of the inventory, the history of visits and maintenance work and the end-of-life alerts for each unit.
