Fabrication of Pump Skids
A Beiton pump skid reaches your plant ready to connect. Mechanical engineering, frame, piping, pumps, instrumentation, control panel, qualified welding and testing — all integrated into one transportable module that cuts field installation time.
What a Beiton skid integrates
Every system is designed and built as one complete unit — we do not bolt loose parts together
Process engineering
P&IDs, hydraulic calculations and material selection for the fluid, the temperature and the working pressure.
The basis for the entire mechanical design
Piping, valves and welding
Piping in steel, stainless steel or PVC to suit the application. Ball, check and control valves. Qualified welding (WPS/PQR) and hydrostatic testing.
Corrosive fluids, high pressure, high temperature
Pumps, motors and control panel
Pumps selected against the operating curve and NPSH. GE Motors (Wolong) motors. A panel with Danfoss variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLC, HMI and protective devices, integrated into the skid.
Variable-speed pumping, energy savings, precise control
Why build with Beiton
How we work
Requirement
You share the fluid, flow, pressure, temperature and site conditions. We run the hydraulic calculations and the selection.
Engineering
P&ID, mechanical layout, piping isometrics, electrical single-line diagram and bill of materials. All reviewed with you before we build.
Fabrication
Metal frame, mounting of pumps and motors, piping with qualified welding, electrical panel, instrumentation and wiring.
FAT testing
Hydrostatic testing of the piping, point-to-point electrical testing, simulation of start sequences and verification of protective devices.
Handover
Shipping to site, connection of the feeders, SAT testing with the real fluid, parameter optimization and handover of as-built documentation.
Skids built in our shop
